In order to overcome the losses in cooperative sugar mills in the upcoming season , production of jiggery and shakkar , beside sugar will be started on pilot basis in cooperative sugar mills of Palwal and kaithal.
After success of these pilot project s , production of jiggery and shakkar will also be started in other cooperative sugar mills of Haryana. Haryana Cooperative minister Mr. Banwarilal instructed to explore more and more possibilities of ethanol production and co- generation production of electricity in cooperative sugar mills of Haryana so that these sugar mills can be brought into more profit . The minister directed to expedite the task of setting up Ethanol plant so that it can be started at earliest.
